Intergrate Environmental Services is a Level 2 BBBEE Environmental Management Consultancy based in KwaZulu-Natal.

MEET THE TEAM
Sasha-Ann Naidoo
Consultant
Sasha is an experienced Environmental Consultant and Registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner who has gained her experience in environmental management within both the public and private sector over the last ten years. This exposure to both formal public programmes and private commercial ventures has allowed her to develop a wide-ranging set of complementary skills in scientific and technical evaluation as well as stakeholder engagement and project management.
Sasha graduated with a Cum Laude Honours Degree in Environmental Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2013. She has since obtained a Master of Science Degree, which focused on Climate Modelling and the Biological Control of Invasive Alien Plant species. In addition, Sasha is also SETA accredited in Project Management, Weed Biological Control and Carbon Footprint Assessments. Sasha is also EAPASA Registered and has a IAIAsa Membership.
Since graduating, Sasha has been instrumental in obtaining the environmental approvals and providing environmental management advice and support for numerous critical, catalytic or key projects and or activities. Her work experience spans, but is not limited to, the following key economic sectors; land development, construction, industry, agriculture, mining, infrastructure & services and legal.
Sasha’s specific strengths and skills - including collaborative work approach, keen attention to accuracy and detail, undertaking competent GIS and mapping, as well as professional project management - all enable her to be able to provide environmental consultancy services and sound risk management advice both efficiently and effectively.
Sasha’s work is supported and enhanced by the company directors, Sithembiso Mthembu and Scott Johnson, who, together, have in excess of 45 years’ experience in the built environment arena including strategic planning and management of many environmental applications and implementation processes.
Sithembiso Mthembu
Director
Sithembiso is a seasoned property development professional, who has led and completed a number of green & brown fields property and infrastructure development projects, involving multi-disciplinary professional teams.
Through his involvement in the built environment, Sithembiso has accumulated significant experience in balancing the need for development, whilst preserving the environment. As a director of Intergrate Environmetal Services, Sithembiso’s development experience and stakeholder engagement is pivotal to the Company’s efficient and considered value offering.

Scott Johnson
Director
Scott is an experienced construction and property development professional with particular expertise in the visualization, detailed planning and strategic management of large green field new town, mixed-use and light industrial land developments.
Scott has progressively accrued and refined his development planning and implementation skill sets on a number of challenging assignments. These integrated skill sets, which include for both the critical supervision of the environmental application processes as well as the compliant implementation of the resulting cornerstone approvals, are now available to, and directed at supporting the Intergrate Environmental Services value offering.
